The lunch stop is at the scenic Dades Gorge before traveling towards the Jebel Sahro mountains and the first sighting of the Sahara Desert. It is undoubtedly one of the jewels of the north of Morocco and a day spent exploring its labyrinthine souks will reveal a city lost in time, whilst its palaces, city walls and Kasbah will enthral you.
