School Trips to Canada

Stretching from the Pacific to the Atlantic, Canada’s vast interior offers many opportunities for recreation, whether in hiking the spectacular Rocky Mountains or exploring the huge expanse of forests and lakes in national parks such as Algonquin. Its major cities on the East Coast have a history which dates back to colonial times when the British and French fought for dominance. That legacy lives on and to this day, Quebec Province remains predominantly French speaking. The city of Quebec itself is one of the best preserved in North America with many of its eighteenth-century houses perfectly preserved, in particular those on the Ile D’Orleans, which dates to the earliest French colonisation. Further west, Montreal and Toronto both merit exploration and we can also visit the spectacular Niagara Falls. On Canada’s West Coast, Vancouver is the gateway to British Colombia with its scenic mountains and coastline.
